Family Psychotherapy

Family Psychotherapy

At Mind Care Wellness & Counselling Centre, we believe that families are systems—what affects one member, affects all. Family Psychotherapy offers a safe, respectful space where each member is heard, understood, and empowered. We work together to resolve conflicts, improve communication, and build stronger emotional bonds.

Family therapy is a structured form of counselling that involves multiple family members meeting together with a trained psychologist to resolve emotional, psychological, or behavioural issues affecting the family unit. It aims to create understanding, reduce conflict, and restore balance in relationships.

Led by Renu Shekhawat (Rehabilitation Psychologist with 9+ years of experience), our sessions focus on understanding each family member’s perspective, breaking unhealthy patterns, and nurturing empathy, boundaries, and emotional intelligence.
